We ship orders within Australia and internationally. All orders are packed and dispatched with care from Australia.

Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Details

Leboiz is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at Hello@leboiz.com with your order number and tracking details.

We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, assist with lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, customs refusal, or unsuccessful delivery, the customer may be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Authority to Leave

If you select or request authority to leave, the parcel may be left at your address without a signature.
