Returns, Exchanges & Legal Note
At Leboiz, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read this policy before placing your order.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item has a major problem, is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from the description or sample, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
This includes situations where you selected the wrong size, changed your mind about the colour or style, found the item cheaper elsewhere, or no longer want the item.
However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion where the item meets the conditions below.
Hygiene Requirements
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, washed, used, damaged, marked, altered, or removed from their original condition.
To be considered for an exchange or store credit, the item must be:
- unworn
- unused
- unwashed
- in original condition
- with all tags, labels, hygiene seals, and packaging intact
- returned within 14 days of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these requirements.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at Hello@leboiz.com with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
Please do not return the item until we have reviewed your request and provided instructions.
If the item is confirmed to have a fault or issue covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
Sizing
Please check the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.
Sizing can vary depending on product style, cut, fabric, and fit preference. Choosing the wrong size is generally treated as a change of mind issue unless the product has been incorrectly labelled or misdescribed.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using tracked postage for any approved return, as we cannot process a return that we do not receive.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs documents, and any duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning the item, unless the return relates to a fault or issue covered by Australian Consumer Law or another applicable consumer protection law.
Sale Items
Sale items are treated the same as full-price items under Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items, but your rights still apply if the item is faulty, incorrectly described, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported into their country.
Leboiz is not responsible for parcels delayed, rejected, held, or returned by customs or local authorities due to import restrictions, unpaid duties, taxes, or customer refusal to accept delivery.
Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or local fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Final Decision
Leboiz reserves the right to assess all return and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis, while complying with Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable consumer protection laws.
